Phaulkon is certainly a fascinating character. I read about him recently ( in Dirk van der Cruysse's book on Louis XIVth's France's involvement with Siam ). Like, who needs to make up characters when some like him actually existed ?

Did I say your style was excellent ? Well, now I have !

This looks like one of the highest quality graphical novels I've ever seen! Amazing work! The art is awesome!

There's a few minor things that stood out to me. I don't know if you're interested, if not, just act like I never wrote it. I mean no harm with it ;)

Many of the used swear words don't really fit the setting, 'damn you' seems quite close, but perhaps trying some old British swearwords, or coming up with some curses yourself suits this setting better.

Things like 'scoundrel' and 'may those coins burn holes in your hand!' (to pull something silly from the top of my head) work more convincing than 'modern' swearing like an f-bomb.

Also, the red outline of 'stop' and 'meow' seem to jump out a bit too much.

Thank you for your comments!
I thought that using today's curse and swear would make it feel more realistic. I've outlined those words deliberately to emphasize them.
Cheers!
